About the artworks:

All artworks are hand-painted original. Not a giclee, print or reproduction of any kind. The paintings are created using high-quality canvases and paint, signed and dated by the artist. All paintings are ready to hang and, supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity together with a letter of receipt of payment.

Payments are processed through Paypal which is secure, and uses the latest SSL encryption technology. With over 70 million members worldwide, we chose Paypal for its security, its wide customer base, and ease of use.
Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, you can use your debit and credit card as well: Paypal accepts Visa / Delta / Electron / Mastercard / Eurocard / Maestro / Solo / American Express / Paypal Topup Card.

Refund/Money back guarantee:

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return in within 14 days of the receipt and your money will be refunded.
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you require a refund and wish to return your painting. It must be packaged in the same or similar packaging it arrived in and be fully insured against damages (should the painting be damaged during transit, you will be responsible for claiming from the courier) Paintings returned would be at your own expense, and maybe to multiple addresses if you have purchased more than one piece. We do not refund postage costs for returned artwork.
Refund:
All artwork must be returned within 14 days. Once returned your refund will be processed within 14 days, and refunded in the same method in which it was paid (card/cheque) Please note commissions are only eligible for a 50% refund, this is due to the work being created to you specific requirements, and to cover cost of materials.

Collecting artwork:

For all UK orders P&P cost is £15. Collection is FREE.
If you would like to collect the artwork, please DO NOT buy via the online shop. Contact me first via the online form with the details of the artwork, and I will send you an invoice to your email address, along with further information.

Privacy policy:

Valeria Fulop values your privacy; we therefore follow a strict privacy policy. All information supplied by our customers is used solely by Valeria Fulop for sending newsletters or updates.

We will not provide your information to any third party without your consent. We use the information you provide when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties.

Our Commitment To Data Security

All the orders placed in this site are done using PayPal. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient (us) won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. We will only receive your shipping address.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

ðYou inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).

ð You return the item(s) within 14 days.

ð Goods are returned in the condition as received, and in the original packaging.

ð Goods are not a custom"commissioned 'Valeria Fulop' item (see below).

Returns Policy on 'Valeria Fulop'

Commissioned items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

Note that once you have taken delivery (signed) of a painting it is your responsibility. ALWAYS CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PAINTING BEFORE SIGNING.

No refund can be given for damages once the parcel has been signed for.

Artwork is despatched in 7-10 working days and we advise of the delivery date via email.
